TAKE ACTION TODAY! IT MATTERS!
UPDATE: The on-line process designed for use by Fair Boundaries and Utahns for Ethical Government is in full compliance with Utah law and the February 9 Attorney General’s opinion. While the petition information could be provided in an electronic format, if the government is not willing to accept electronic records and electronic signatures, the petitions will have to be provided in the paper format as required by the opinion. The on-line process was designed in a manner that would be able to comply with Utah law even if the government reached the conclusion that was expressed in the Attorney General's opinion of February 9. Registered voters in the State of Utah should still be encouraged to go to http://fairboundaries.utahpetitions.org and http://ueg.utahpetitions.org to sign the petitions.
