The Utah State Democratic Party is led by the Executive Committee and State Party Central Committee.  The Executive Committee consists of:

• State Party Chair
• State Party Vice Chair
• State Party Treasurer
• State Party Secretary
• Democratic National Committee Members (1 male and 1 female)
• A representative from the State House Democratic Caucus
• A representative from the State Senate Democratic Caucus
• A county chairs' representative
• Two individuals appointed by the Chair

The State Central Committee consists of the Executive Committee, the chair and vice chair of each county party, and individuals appointed by the county parties.
